Our renovation project involved a three level house with an almost complete re-modelling of the mid-level, considerable changes to the top level and structural and other work to the lower level. It involved enclosing existing windows, replacing most windows in the house, new bathrooms, kitchen, living area and the list goes on. We had a fixed deadline and little time.

 

I was impressed with how quickly Chris was able to quote, commit to start the job and meet the deadline. We signed a contract in two weeks of meeting and the rest is history. It was full on from day one and progress was outstanding. Chris had a great team on the project and the end result exceeded our expectation.

There were access issues, we had weather to contend with due to the external build component, a variety of building materials were used to render the desired outcome on our existing brick character home, and the Opec team worked diligently through each phase always with the care and attention to detail in not only the build itself, but our relationship as clients with them. We paid fair market price for exceptional quality and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The sting of cheap work done by previous trades haunts daily in the irritation caused by such workmanship.

 

Chris would never deliver such a sting, as it is foreign to his very nature. The spaces completed by Chris and his team give my family enjoyment – worth multiple times the build cost in the amenity they provide and the contribution they make to our quality of life every day.
